This scene alone amounts to more than Jareds career. This scene was only 5 minutes long? I swear it felt longer. Someone just hand him an Oscar for this outstanding act. I felt so bad for the joker at the beginning, I wish i can give him a better life. Anyone else smiling during the part when joker was riding in the back of the cop car, and the city was in chaos. I dont care if this movie sucks or not (Its looking like its not) But this movie is shot goddamn amazingly. Im seriously impressed how much of an accurate prediction this was. All I have are positive thoughts about this movie. Sick Song dude! This makes the movie 10x better. Joaquin and Heath: look like two psycho clowns Jared: looks like Justin Bieber on crack. This movie is a masterpiece. If you ever were bullied or have had depressions and felt like everybody is against you, you will feel with the joker through the whole movie.
This movie is unsettling from the get go and gets only worse from there on (but in a good way. As we witness how the character - Arthur Fleck, who will become the joker - is gradually sinking into insanity, caused by the selfish and cold world he lives in and by his own psyche.
The role of the Joker is delivered brilliantly by Joaquine Phoenix, who in my opinion, deserves an oscar for it.
But beware!
Its a movie unlike other superhero movies. This one is more of a character study of the joker, why he became who he is. I would sort it into the Genre of Drama/Thriller.

Had to wash away the Jared Leto filth from my memory, thanks again Heath. Jack nicholson said: Joker role is cursed Joaquin Phoenix at the golden globes. “Its fuckin crazy innit, me on the telly... ” one of the funniest moments in the scene. When you will introduce him next year you will introduce him as Academy award winner ??. Watching this after I"ve seen Joker Sorry Looper. I hate watch mojo why do i end up in here evry time. When that music came in at 10:39, I had goosebumps in the theatre. Such a beautiful composition.
